AMPED Party Packages – FAQs 🎉

Planning a party at AMPED? Here’s everything you need to know about celebrating with us!

We offer party packages for 10, 20 or 40 jumpers, with a private function room, hosted activities, free play and plenty of high-energy fun.

Have more children? We have a Full Facility Private party option for 70 pax – please enquire.

What is included in an AMPED party package?

Every AMPED party includes:

• Private Function Room for 2.5 hours, with tables, chairs, fridge, microwave, and water dispenser and speaker.
• 25 minutes of hosted games in the AIRENA with your dedicated party coach. Choose from Nerf War, Laser Tag, Football or Dodgeball.
• 25 minutes of Lava Leap or MultiBall – choose between our exciting light-up “Floor is Lava” challenge or our high-energy interactive game wall.
• 45 minutes of Free Play around the park to bounce, climb and explore.
• Grip socks for every jumper.
• One juice carton and one ice cream for every jumper.
• Free-flow water throughout the party.

How many children can I invite?

Our party packages are available for 10, 20 or 40 jumpers. 

Have more children? – We have a Full Facility Private party option for 70 pax – please enquire.

If you book a 20-jumper package, you can add additional children for $59 per child, up to a maximum of 25 jumpers, subject to availability.

For larger groups, you can upgrade to our 40-jumper package, subject to availability.

Please confirm your final number of jumpers at least one week before your party.

Do adults and spectators count towards the party numbers?

No. Adults and non-jumping spectators are free of charge.

There is seating in your private party room, with additional overflow seating available in our common area.

Is the whole trampoline park private for our party?

No. Your function room is private, and your hosted activities are specifically for your party group, but the remaining jump slots in the park are available for general admission.

This means other AMPED guests may be using the park during your party.

What does a typical 2.5-hour party look like?

The exact order of activities may vary slightly on the day, but a typical party runs like this:

Arrival & Welcome – 10 minutes
Check-in, safety briefing and meet your party coach.

Hosted AIRENA Game – 25 minutes
Choose from Nerf War, Laser Tag, Football or Dodgeball.

Free Play – 45 minutes
Time to jump, bounce, climb and explore the park.

Lava Leap or MultiBall – 25 minutes
Take on our light-up Floor is Lava challenge or our interactive MultiBall game wall.

Party Room – 35 minutes
Food, birthday cake and celebrations.

Wrap-Up – 10 minutes
Ice cream, packing up and collection.

All jumping and activity time takes place within the first two hours of your booking. The final 30 minutes is reserved for food, cake and celebrations in your function room.

What is provided in the Party Room?

Private Function Room for 2.5 hours with – 

• Tables & chairs for up to 25 pax per room
• Fridge (100L)
• Microwave
• Water Dispenser & cups
• Speaker.

Can we arrive early to decorate?

Yes! The party host may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party start time to set up the function room.

Please ask your guests to arrive on time, as we cannot extend jump or activity time for late arrivals.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Absolutely! 🎈

You’re welcome to bring balloons, banners and other decorations to personalise your party room.

We can also accept balloon and décor deliveries on your behalf. Please let us know what is being delivered and when so our team knows to expect it.

Our team will help make sure decorations are attached safely. Please do not use anything that could damage the walls. Significant damage beyond normal wear and tear may be chargeable.

Table sizes are 1.2mx0.7m (6-9 tables) and the backdrop wall dimensions for décor is XmxXm

Can I bring my own birthday cake and food?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, food and drinks, or arrange for catering to be delivered directly to AMPED. There is fridge in the party room for your use and we have additional fridge space for larger cakes.

Please remember to bring your own plates, bowls, cups, napkins and cutlery, as these are not provided.

For an easy option, Domino’s Pizza is directly opposite the park and is convenient for collection.

We also sell coffee, soft drinks, ice cream and snacks on-site.

Can AMPED receive my cake or food delivery before the party?

Yes. We’re happy to receive your cake or food ahead of your party.

Please send us the supplier name, order number and expected delivery time beforehand. We can store cakes and suitable food in our fridge until your party begins.

Do you offer party bags?

Yes! 🎁

AMPED Party/Goodie Bags are available for $15 per child, and the birthday guest receives a special birthday bag complimentary when party bags are ordered.

Let us know how many you would like and we will send you an additional invoice.

Can we book a photographer?

Yes. 📸

Our professional party photography package costs $100 and includes at least 20 beautifully edited digital photographsfrom your celebration.

Photography is booked directly through Ocean Joel Photography.

Can we add other entertainment?

Yes! You can make your celebration even more special with additional entertainment such as:

• Face painting
• Balloon sculpting
• Glitter tattoos
• Caricatures
• Magic shows

Do children need to complete a waiver?

Yes. Every jumper must have a completed AMPED waiver before entering the park.

We strongly recommend sending the waiver link to all parents before the party so everyone can get straight into the fun when they arrive.

If individual waivers have not been completed, we have a Large Group Waiver option. Please note that responsibility for all attendees covered by the group waiver is then placed on the party host.

Do children need grip socks?

Yes. Grip socks must be worn while jumping.

Children can bring their own suitable grip socks, or AMPED grip socks are included for every jumper in the party package.

Can children under 3 join the party?

Yes. Children under 3 can participate but must have an accompanying adult supervising them. The accompanying adult is free of charge.

What happens if one of our guests arrives late?

Unfortunately, we cannot extend jump or activity times for late arrivals.

Our parties run to a carefully planned schedule, so please encourage all jumpers to arrive on time for check-in and the safety briefing.

Can I add extra children on the day?

Please provide your final numbers at least one week before your party wherever possible.

Last-minute additions are subject to park capacity. If the session is sold out, additional jumpers may unfortunately be refused entry, so we strongly recommend confirming numbers in advance.

Can we stay in the party room longer?

Your private function room is available for the 2.5-hour duration of your party booking.

Please ensure all belongings, decorations and food are packed up and the room is vacated promptly at the end of your allocated time so we can prepare it for our next guests.

Additional room charges may apply for late check-out.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your party booking.

If your plans change:

• More than one month before the party: Full refund less a $25 administration fee.
• Between one month and 14 days before the party: 50% refund.
• Within 14 days of the party: No refund.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and management approval.
