Legal entity: Amped Up Pte. Ltd., trading as AMPED Trampoline Park

Applies to: ampedsingapore.com, shop.ampedsingapore.com and AMPED booking platforms

Effective date:  1 SEPTEMBER 2026

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings and purchases made from Amped Up Pte. Ltd., trading as

AMPED Trampoline Park (“AMPED”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including through ampedsingapore.com,

shop.ampedsingapore.com and AMPED’s booking platforms.

By purchasing, booking, redeeming or participating in an AMPED product, session, programme or event,

the purchaser and each participant agree to these Terms and Conditions, the applicable product

description, AMPED’s park rules and any participant waiver required by AMPED.

1. General terms

1.1 Bookings and payment

  1. Bookings are confirmed only after AMPED receives full payment and issues a booking or order confirmation.
  2. All prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  3. Customers must provide accurate booking and participant information, including any requested age, medical, dietary or accessibility information.
  4. Promotions and discount codes:
    • must be used before payment;
    • cannot be exchanged for cash;
    • cannot be applied retrospectively;
    • cannot be combined unless expressly permitted; and
    • remain subject to their stated validity period and conditions.

1.2 Availability and scheduling

  1. All sessions, programmes and facilities are subject to capacity, operational requirements and availability.
  2. Advance booking is strongly encouraged. Walk-in admission is not guaranteed.
  3. Published schedules, activities, instructors and operating hours may change because of private events, maintenance, safety considerations, staffing, registration numbers or circumstances beyond AMPED’s reasonable control.
  4. A booking is valid only for the date, time, location, product and participant category stated in its confirmation.

1.3 Arrival and late attendance

  1. Participants should arrive sufficiently early to complete check-in, waiver verification and any required safety briefing.
  2. Late arrival does not entitle a participant to an extended session, partial refund or replacement session.
  3. AMPED may refuse entry where admitting a late participant would be unsafe or materially disrupt a class, camp or event.

1.4 Participant safety and conduct

  1. Every person entering an activity area must comply with AMPED’s current safety rules, staff instructions and participant waiver requirements.
  2. Participants under 18 must have a waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian.
  3. Participants must wear AMPED-approved grip socks where required.
  4. Participants must use the facilities only within their personal abilities and must not participate while unwell, injured, intoxicated or otherwise medically unfit.
  5. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether a minor is fit to participate and for disclosing relevant medical, behavioural, dietary or accessibility requirements.
  6. AMPED may remove or refuse admission to anyone who:
    • fails to comply with safety rules or staff instructions;
    • behaves dangerously, abusively or disruptively;
    • appears medically unfit to participate; or
    • places another person, AMPED staff or property at risk.
  7. Removal or refusal under this clause does not ordinarily entitle the customer to a refund or replacement session.
  8. Participation in trampoline, parkour, sporting and similar activities carries inherent risk. The separate AMPED participant waiver applies in addition to these Terms.

1.5 Minors and supervision

  1. Age restrictions and accompanying-adult requirements shown on the relevant product or session page apply.
  2. Unless AMPED has expressly accepted responsibility for supervising a participant as part of a camp, class or hosted programme, parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors in their care.
  3. A parent or authorised adult must remain contactable throughout any programme in which a minor participates.

1.6 Personal belongings

Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, AMPED is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to unattended property, except where caused by AMPED’s negligence.

1.7 Customer cancellations and no-shows

  1. Unless a product-specific cancellation policy below states otherwise, confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  2. Where AMPED permits a booking amendment, the request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session and remains subject to availability.
  3. Amendments, cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the booking or applicable pass redemption.
  4. Any approved refund will be returned through the original payment method where reasonably practicable. Payment processing or administrative charges may be deducted where disclosed before the refund is processed.

1.8 Cancellation or closure by AMPED

  1. AMPED may cancel, relocate, reschedule, shorten or modify a session or programme where reasonably necessary because of:
    • insufficient registrations;
    • facility or equipment maintenance;
    • safety or operational concerns;
    • private events;
    • instructor or staff unavailability;
    • government directions;
    • utility or technology failures; or
    • events beyond AMPED’s reasonable control.
  2. Where AMPED cancels a paid booking and cannot provide the relevant service, AMPED will ordinarily offer a reasonable rescheduling option, account credit or refund for the affected service.
  3. AMPED is not responsible for indirect costs arising from a cancellation or closure, such as travel, accommodation, catering or other third-party expenses, except where required by law.

1.9 Photography and recordings

Photography and recording are subject to AMPED’s safety rules and applicable waiver or consent arrangements. Customers must respect the privacy of other visitors and must not use photography or recording equipment in a manner that creates a safety risk.

1.10 Personal data

AMPED may collect, use and disclose personal data for booking administration, payment, participant safety, customer support and other purposes described in its privacy notices and permitted by Singapore law.

1.11 Liability and statutory rights

  1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  2. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to a consumer under Singapore law.
  3. Subject to those rights, AMPED is not liable for losses that are indirect, consequential or not reasonably foreseeable when the booking or purchase was made.

2. General Admission and drop-in sessions

  1. General Admission and other drop-in sessions are valid only for the location, date, time, duration and age category booked.
  2. Admission remains subject to capacity, completion of the required waiver, compliance with AMPED’s safety rules and use of required grip socks.
  3. Attractions or activity areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, safety, private events or operational reasons. Temporary unavailability of part of the facility does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
  4. Any included attraction, game or play allocation is subject to capacity, age restrictions and operational availability.
  5. Unused session time cannot be carried forward, transferred or exchanged for cash.

3. Multi-Visit Pass

  1. The Multi-Visit Pass (“MVP”) provides the number of jump-session redemptions stated on the current MVP product page at the time of purchase.
  2. The MVP is valid for the period stated on that product page. The current published validity is six months from the purchase date.
  3. Up to four jumpers per session may redeem sessions from one MVP, provided that the pass contains a sufficient unused balance.
  4. Each jumper and each booked session uses one redemption unless the applicable product description states otherwise.
  5. MVP sessions are subject to park capacity and availability. Advance online booking is strongly encouraged.
  6. MVPs cannot be redeemed:
    • during private events or facility-exclusive bookings;
    • during announced blackout or maintenance periods;
    • for parties, classes, camps or other special programmes unless expressly stated;
    • together with another promotion unless expressly permitted; or
    • after the pass expires.
  7. Participants must book into an age-appropriate session.
  8. Amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked session, and no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the relevant redemption.
  9. If the park is closed for a prolonged period because of maintenance, relocation, government direction or another reason, AMPED will extend the validity period by a period reasonably corresponding to the closure.
  10. An MVP is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another product or cash, except where required by law.
  11. Any complimentary items are limited to those stated on the applicable product page and have no cash value.
  12. AMPED may suspend or refuse redemption where the pass has been obtained or used fraudulently or these Terms have been materially breached.

4. Class Pass

  1. A Class Pass provides the number and type of class redemptions shown on its product page at the time of purchase.
  2. Current published validity periods are:
    • 5-session Class Pass: six months from purchase; and
    • 10-session Class Pass: twelve months from purchase.
  3. Up to four students per session may redeem classes from one Class Pass, provided that the pass contains a sufficient unused balance.
  4. Each student booked into a class uses one redemption.
  5. Classes must be booked in advance using the designated Class Pass ID and booking method.
  6. Class places, schedules, instructors and facilities are subject to availability and may change because of events, operational requirements or facility availability.
  7. Class Pass holders cannot access the facility or redeem classes during private events or facility-exclusive bookings unless AMPED expressly confirms otherwise.
  8. Amendments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class, and no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the relevant redemption.
  9. If classes or the park are unavailable for a prolonged period because of maintenance, relocation, government direction or another reason, AMPED will extend the affected Class Pass validity by a reasonably corresponding period.
  10. A Class Pass is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another product or cash, except where required by law.
  11. Class coaching, progression and completion of any skills are participant-dependent. AMPED does not guarantee that a student will achieve a particular skill or level.

5. Camps

  1. AMPED camps are recommended for children aged 5 to 12 years, unless a particular camp page states otherwise.
  2. Each camp requires a minimum number of participants to proceed.
  3. If the required minimum is not met, AMPED may cancel, combine or reschedule the camp. A customer whose confirmed session is affected may choose:
    • an available replacement date;
    • account credit; or
    • a full refund of the amount paid for the affected camp session.
  4. Half-day camps do not include lunch.
  5. Lunch may be purchased as an optional add-on for full-day camps where offered. The available menu, price and ordering deadline may vary.
  6. Parents and guardians must disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, medication requirements and other relevant needs when registering.
  7. AMPED cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents should contact AMPED before booking if a camper has a serious allergy or complex support requirement.
  8. Activities and itineraries are indicative and may be substituted with reasonably comparable activities because of weather, staffing, safety or operational requirements.
  9. Camp fees must be paid within the payment period specified by AMPED. An unpaid reservation may be cancelled.
  10. Unless the applicable camp page states more favourable terms:
    • cancellations received more than 14 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund; and
    • cancellations received 14 days or less before the camp start date, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
  11. Camper substitutions or date transfers require AMPED’s prior approval and remain subject to age suitability and availability.
  12. Parents must collect campers promptly at the stated finishing time. AMPED may charge a reasonable late collection fee where that fee has been communicated in advance.
  13. AMPED may require a camper to be collected early if the camper is ill, persistently disruptive or cannot participate safely. Refunds are not ordinarily provided in these circumstances.

6. AMPED-Organised Events

  1. These terms apply to AMPED-organised events, including Nerf Night and other special events. Events are open to all ages unless the event page specifies age restrictions or supervision requirements.
  2. Events may require a minimum number of participants. If AMPED cancels, combines or reschedules an event and your booking is affected, you may choose an available replacement date, account credit or a full refund for the affected booking.
  3. Timings, activities, inclusions and equipment requirements are stated on the event page. Food, drinks and other items are included only where specified. Activities may be replaced with reasonably comparable alternatives for safety or operational reasons.
  4. Payment must be made within AMPED’s specified period. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled.
  5. No-shows are non-refundable. Substitutions and date transfers require prior approval and are subject to suitability and availability.
  6. Participants or their parents or guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies and support needs when booking. AMPED cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  7. Participants must complete the required waiver, follow safety briefings and staff instructions, and use only equipment approved by AMPED. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for participants under 18.
  8. Participants should arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss activities without a refund or time extension. For drop-off events, parents or guardians must remain contactable and collect children promptly. A late collection fee may apply if communicated in advance.
  9. AMPED may require a participant to leave or be collected early due to illness, persistent disruptive behaviour or unsafe participation. Refunds are not ordinarily provided in these circumstances.

7. Events and group bookings

This section applies to birthday parties, class parties, private events, corporate programmes, school groups, team-building programmes, venue or function-room hire and other group events.

  1. An enquiry or provisional reservation does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when AMPED accepts the booking and receives the required deposit or full payment.
  2. The booking confirmation or quotation will state the date, time, duration, package, minimum attendance, included services, add-ons and payment schedule.
  3. Final participant numbers and all outstanding charges must be provided and paid by the deadline stated in the confirmation.
  4. Charges are based on the confirmed package or minimum group size, even if fewer guests attend.
  5. Additional participants and services are subject to capacity and additional charges.
  6. Unless otherwise stated in the quotation:
    • cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 75% of sums paid will be refunded;
    • cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the event: 50% of sums paid will be refunded; and
    • cancellation 14 days or less before the event: no refund will be provided.
  7. One request to reschedule may be considered if received more than 14 days before the event. Any rescheduled event must occur within three months and remains subject to availability and any price difference.
  8. Reductions in attendance after the final confirmation deadline do not reduce the amount payable.
  9. External food, drinks, decorations, entertainment providers and equipment require AMPED’s prior approval. The customer is responsible for any required licences, approvals, delivery arrangements, cleaning or damage charges.
  10. Decorations must not damage the premises or create a fire, hygiene or safety risk. Confetti, glitter, open flames and similar materials are prohibited unless AMPED expressly approves them.
  11. The organiser is responsible for the conduct of guests and for damage beyond reasonable wear and tear caused by the organiser, guests or appointed suppliers.
  12. Event time includes setup and removal unless the confirmation states otherwise. Additional time is subject to availability and applicable charges.
  13. If AMPED cancels an event and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, AMPED will refund the amount paid to AMPED for the affected event.
  14. Custom quotations or signed event agreements prevail over this section to the extent of any inconsistency.

8. Corporate passes and bulk tickets

  1. Corporate passes and bulk tickets are subject to the inclusions, limits and validity stated in the applicable quotation or product page.
  2. Current published corporate products include:
    • an Annual E-Card Membership valid for one year from purchase; and
    • open-dated bulk tickets with one-year validity.
  3. Corporate E-Card benefits require the eligible employee to be present and to show acceptable staff identification where stated.
  4. Complimentary admission and discounts apply only to the products identified in the applicable package.
  5. Special sessions, events or programmes may require an additional payment.
  6. Bulk-ticket and voucher codes are the purchaser’s responsibility after delivery. Codes that have been redeemed, disclosed to an unauthorised person or lost through the purchaser’s actions will not ordinarily be replaced.
  7. Corporate passes and bulk tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

9. Gift vouchers

  1. Each Gift Voucher provides the product, monetary value or package described at the time of purchase.
  2. Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the purchase date.
  3. A voucher must be redeemed before its expiry date. The booked visit may occur after that date only if AMPED expressly permits this.
  4. Redemption is subject to availability, capacity, age restrictions, waiver requirements and the conditions applying to the selected session.
  5. Advance booking is required or strongly encouraged as stated in the redemption instructions.
  6. Gift Vouchers:
    • cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
    • are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law;
    • cannot be used to purchase another voucher;
    • cannot be combined with promotions unless expressly permitted; and
    • cannot be replaced after redemption.
  7. A voucher code should be treated like cash. The purchaser and recipient are responsible for keeping it secure. AMPED is not responsible for unauthorised use resulting from a code being shared, forwarded or inadequately protected.
  8. Where a voucher is issued for a specific product and that product is permanently discontinued before redemption, AMPED will offer a reasonably comparable replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.
  9. No cash change will be given for partially used monetary-value vouchers. Any unused balance will remain available until expiry, where AMPED’s system permits partial redemption.
  10. AMPED may refuse a voucher that is counterfeit, altered, duplicated, obtained fraudulently or already redeemed.

10. Changes to these Terms

AMPED may update these Terms from time to time. The terms in force when a customer completes a purchase ordinarily apply to that purchase. Changes required for safety, law or regulatory compliance may take effect immediately where reasonably necessary.

11. General legal provisions

  1. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
  2. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
  3. These Terms, the applicable product description, booking confirmation and participant waiver constitute the agreement relating to the relevant purchase or booking.
  4. If documents conflict, the following order applies:
    1. a signed custom event agreement or accepted quotation;
    2. the booking confirmation;
    3. the product-specific provisions in these Terms;
    4. the general provisions in these Terms; and
    5. general promotional material.
  5. These Terms are governed by Singapore law, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
