Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than fourteen days in advance will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refund for cancellation made within fourteen days from the start date of camp.

If Government COVID restrictions mean that the camp cannot proceed, we will provide you with the choice of a full camp refund or a credit for a future camp.

A minimum number of campers is required for commencement of each camp session. Camp dates are subject to rescheduling according to registration numbers. If you have already paid to confirm, you will be entitled to reschedule if your original date is unavailable OR a full refund.
